With various sleeping options, this elegant property is perfect for every type of traveler, from solo guests and couples to families and groups of friends. The apartment features two Suites (one with a walk-in wardrobe), each equipped with every comfort and designed to ensure maximum privacy.

Two queen-size double beds and a very comfortable sofa bed offer flexibility and convenience for every need. Each Suite is equipped with an HD TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.

The modern, spacious, and well-equipped bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with a STEAM BATH function, full sanitary fittings, a hairdryer, and a large mirror with custom compartments to store all your personal belongings.

You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including towels of various sizes, bed linens, blankets, high-quality duvets, and compartments for storing luggage.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a kettle, ovens (traditional and microwave), a Nespresso coffee machine with assorted capsules, and a selection of teas.

You will receive the instructions after booking and after completing the online check-in by entering your details.

• Smoking and parties are not allowed in the apartment.

• Pets are allowed only upon prior authorization.

During the stay, pets must be carefully supervised and are not allowed to sleep on the beds. Any damage or excessive dirt caused by pets inside the apartment may result in additional charges, ranging from €50 to €150. Extra cleaning of bed linens due to pets being on the bed incurs a €50 fee.

Thanks to its strategic location, the apartment is perfect for getting around Trieste without a car. Just a few meters away you’ll find bus stops served by lines 37, 30, and 17, which quickly connect the historic center, the train station, the university, and the seaside area.

For those arriving by car, we recommend nearby parking areas and garages: leaving the car parked and moving around on foot or by bus is the most convenient way to experience the city.
