The Apartment: This splendid apartment has been recently renovated throughout and functionally furnished for any type of traveler.

Located on the fifth floor, it can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The space is very welcoming and modern. Upon entering, you will find yourself in the hallway; straight ahead is the living area, featuring a sofa (which can be set up as an extra bed), an elegant dining table, a lovely floor lamp, and a Smart TV where you can log into your personal Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime accounts.

The living room opens onto a delightful furnished balcony with an elegant table and chairs, ideal for enjoying the magnificent view of the garden and Rome. Here you can enjoy a candlelit dinner while admiring the sunset. To the right of the hallway, a small corridor leads to the bedroom.

Here you will find a comfortable Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) with a headboard, a large wardrobe for your clothes, a spacious chest of drawers, and two elegant nightstands with reading lamps and power outlets. To the left of the corridor, the first door leads to the kitchen, which is fully equipped for preparing your meals.

It features a four-burner cooktop, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules.

The kitchen comes with a complete set of pots and pans, plates, cutlery, and all necessary utensils. You will also find welcome coffee pods, tea, and sugar. You can also access the balcony directly from the kitchen.

Continuing down the left side of the corridor, the second door leads to the modern bathroom, fitted with a comfortable glass-enclosed shower, full sanitary ware, and a sink with a large wall mirror. You will have a hairdryer, three soft towels of different sizes for each guest, and a complimentary toiletries kit at your disposal.
