The apartment is easily accessible and offers autonomous check-in for maximum convenience. Located near the Navigli area, just a 10-minute walk from Porta Genova metro station (M2), it is well connected to Milan’s main points of interest.

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay, enjoying total privacy and the freedom to use all available amenities.

• Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor area (balcony) and is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

• Parties are not allowed.

• Pets are allowed upon prior authorization.

During the stay, pets must always be supervised and are not allowed to sleep on the bed. Any damage or excessive dirt caused by pets may result in additional charges ranging from €50 to €150. Extra linen cleaning due to pets being on the bed will incur a €50 fee.
